Noam co-founded Settlement Benefits Association in 2002 to help seniors and terminally ill clients understand and maximize the value of their life insurance.  Noam is primarily responsible for negotiating life settlement offers, closing transactions, and overseeing the sales team. Under Noam’s leadership, Settlement Benefits Association has become a national Life Settlement Broker that has reviewed almost 5 billion dollars of life insurance.  

In addition, Noam is a member of The Young Professionals of Wellington, serves on the School Advisory Committee as a business member and has been a subject matter expert published in the Wall Street Journal, Society of Financial Service Professionals, Agent Sales Journal, and Florida Trends.  Noam is also a renaissance man outside the office.  His outdoor kitchen is legendary and he enjoys spending time around a poker table.


Adam co-founded Settlement Benefits Association after running the eBusiness department at Renaissance Cruises.  He earned an MBA from the University of Florida and served as a mentor in the program after graduation.

He is now primarily responsible for the IT and marketing systems at Settlement Benefits Association.  Additionally, he helps oversee the negotiating, underwriting, and accounting teams.

In his free time, Adam often travels with his family. Recent trips include Hawaii, Europe, and Alaska.  Adam is an avid sports fan and loves Star Wars.  He closely follows the Denver Broncos and Florida Gators among others.  He also recently began designing and fabricating on a home 3d printer.


Garett started his career in the Life Settlement industry in 1996.  During his many years, he has worked for both Life Settlement brokerage firms as well as a Life Settlement investment firm.  His in-depth knowledge of the inner workings of Life Settlements from all sides, gives him an edge when it comes to negotiating top dollar offers for his clients.  Witnessing the development and participating in the growth of the Life Settlement industry from its infancy stage to a multi-billion dollar industry, gives Garett a unique perspective of Settlements that his clients can benefit from.

After hours, you can find Garett at the gym, relaxing with friends, or spending time with his 2 children at the beach.


Jeff Goldfine is an insurance agent with over 29 years of experience in the financial services industry.  Jeff is dedicated to helping clients protect their retirement assets, maximize Social Security Benefits and increase their household income. He specializes in explaining financial concepts in easy to understand language and recommending strategies designed to help protect his client’s assets from market volatility and economic downturns, which they say helps them sleep better at night.

Jeff studied Business Management at Temple University in Philadelphia and is life insurance licensed in over 20 states including Florida. He has been a guest speaker at many conferences, including FICPA and is also a member of MDRT/Million Dollar Round Table – an elite association, recognized internationally for
advocating the standard of excellence and ethical conduct of the world’s leading insurance and financial
services professionals, from more than 500 companies in 67 countries.

Jeff has been married for 16 years and has a beautiful daughter. Recently, Jeff has been teaching his daughter how to drive, which has been both an exciting and terrifying experience. He enjoys spending time with his family, participating in golf fundraisers for various charitable organizations and vacations at the beach.


Myles has worked in the life settlement space since 2017.  Having worked on both sides of the industry, he prefers working on the broker side because it brings more opportunities for his clients.  Myles studied Business Administration at Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida and is a licensed life insurance agent.  In his free time he enjoys boating & fishing.  He is also a truck enthusiast and follows the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.


Jackson has been involved in the life settlement industry since 2017. During this time he has previously worked for a life settlement investment firm handling relationships for national accounts and providing a suite of services for Advisors and their clients; Including Policy valuations and Insurance audits to help determine whether a policy is performing according to expectations and meeting financial objectives.  Through working on the broker side of the business he believes that his relationships will gain access to more opportunities and services.   Jackson is interested in building long term relationships, which means treating clients with respect and helping them get maximum value.

Jackson is a licensed insurance agent and actively seeking more designations to extend his professional expertise. He is a native to Texas and spends a lot of time fishing, hunting, and exploring the outdoors. In his off hours you can find this Eagle Scout spending time with friends, visiting family, or looking for the next adventure.


Bill has been involved with the Viatical and Life Settlement business since 2004.  This breadth of experience has allowed Bill to flourish throughout the entire Life Settlement supply chain; working on everything from policy supply, underwriting, and offer negotiation and closing to capital raising, policy analysis and pricing.  His unique resume includes time running his own brokerage and as an officer of Magna Life Settlements, one of the largest Life Settlement providers in the country.  While at Magna, Bill leveraged his product knowledge and relationships to increase their finance entity clients and number of closings to the highest levels since inception.  He also has done high end consulting work for multi-million dollar funds and individual clients and large general agencies.  

Bill has provided continuing education to financial advisors, attorneys, CPAs and Trust Officers and was a frequent lecturer to various chapters of
the National Association of Estate Planning Councils and members of the National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies.


Susan has over 12 years of experience underwriting and processing Life Settlement cases.  Her bright smile and helping hand are invaluable around our offices.  When she’s not at the office, Susan loves to spoil her 3 grandchildren.


Annalisa has been with SBA since 2014 and now serves as Director of Operations.  Out of the office she enjoys traveling, reading and socializing with friends.


Brittanie came to SBA after working for a life insurance carrier for a few years.  She now manages our carrier relationships.  Brittanie’s hobbies include spending time with her pup Kimber (a German Short Hair that never gets tired of playing catch) and playing in a pool league.  Her pool team has been to the National Championship and regularly qualifies for advanced tournaments.  She’s also a huge football fan, always pulling for her favorite team, the Green Bay Packers…Go Pack Go!


Bebe was a dedicated, smart, and loyal mini boston terrier.  She spent countless hours around the SBA offices and was posthumously named “employee of the decade.”


Andromeda is a long haired chihuahua who loves to come by the office.  Her cuteness, intelligence and curiosity are on full display whenever she is here.  Back at home, Andromeda enjoys relaxing on the couch with Netflix and believes she is in charge of the local duck population.


Bentley is a french bulldog and loves to sleep under any desk that has life settlement paperwork on it.  In his free time he likes chasing squirrels and loves car rides. His favorite snack is carrots.


Kimber is a german short haired pointer, she loves playing catch and going swimming. When she’s not chasing a ball or squirrels you can usually find her napping. Her favorite treat: Apple & Bacon doggurt ice cream.
